Pet Policy

At Summer Entrada Apartments, we’re all about making everyone feel at home—four-legged friends included! We happily welcome cats and dogs, with a limit of two pets per home and a maximum weight of 25 lbs each. A refundable pet deposit of $200, a one-time pet fee of $200, and monthly pet rent of $35 apply per pet. Breed and weight restrictions do apply, so reach out to our leasing team for the full pet policy. Your pet’s next favorite place is right here!
